No contact and can go months without work being completed

We have used Stephen Gamper twice, and both experiences have been identical. We commissioned him to do some drawings for home improvements and did not hear from him for months. After chasing constantly he eventually did the drawings that we need. The reason we used him the second time was due to builders preference. We asked for some drawings in August and in mid October we have had zero contact. He doesn't ever answer his phone, doesn't respond to answering machine messages or emails and doesn't have a mobile. This business should be avoided at all costs if you need work done the same year!
